Human Cell Atlas

I worked with CZI's science initiative to define the requirements for both an interactive data visualization and a companion infographic — each designed to communicate the scope and structure of the Human Cell Atlas project: a global effort to map and characterize all cells in a healthy human body.

Interactive Data Visualization

I gathered the science team's requirements, found a developer, and project managed the creation of an interactive node-based visualization showing the 85 computational tool projects supporting the Human Cell Atlas endeavor. Delivered on time and on budget.
